Forging plant technology upgrades to create a more efficient production environment
Recently, Jiangsu Kaiye Heavy Industry Forging Factory ushered in a major technological upgrade, aiming to create a more efficient and environmentally friendly production environment and provide customers with better products and services. This technology upgrade mainly revolves around production equipment and process flow. We have introduced advanced automated production lines to achieve precise control of the production process through intelligent control systems, which greatly improves production efficiency and product quality. Recently, Jiangsu Kaiye Heavy Industry Forging Factory has made new breakthroughs in technology research and development and production capacity, successfully producing large forging shafts weighing 6 tons, once again demonstrating our strong manufacturing strength in the forging industry. The 6-ton forged shaft produced this time is not only huge in size, but also requires extremely high precision. We make full use of advanced forging equipment and professional technical team, through precise design and many tests, and finally achieved this important breakthrough. This achievement not only reflects our leading position in forging technology, but also proves our ability in the production of large forgings.

Jiangsu Kaiye Heavy Industry Forging Factory has made a major breakthrough in the field of finishing technology, successfully realized the finishing treatment of large forging shafts, and further improved the quality and performance of products. Finishing is an important link in the manufacturing process of forging products, which is related to the final quality and use effect of the product. In the past, we have been facing technical difficulties and efficiency bottlenecks in the finishing of large forgings. However, after a long period of technical research and development and practical exploration, we have successfully overcome this problem and achieved the finishing treatment of the 6-ton forged shaft.
